updating a app to the server

hi! i am currenlty working through a local host, i already deployed a app in the server. then i continue to develop the app that i deployed but i am using localhost so i wont cause any problems in the server, now that i am ready to update the app i deployed in my server, how can i update the app? i added aroung 5 more processes into it. thanks!
