Editing a request

i have a Travel request form. when everything is done. the user suddenly wants to cancel the process, the status will be changed to "cancel" and it will also send a email to the the one who booked the flight, how will i plot it into my process.

Hi,

You might want to consider having a separate process to perform the cancellation, update the status and send that email? That could make your request process less complicated.

hi Anders, thank you for replying, yup i was thinking to do that but how will i do it? i mean i will use a hyperlink from the table to open the form and update the status. how can that be used?
