SLA and Deadline in subflows

how will i make the SLA and Exceptions work? for example, the performer did not accept the request within 5 mins, it will go straight to the next process. what settings will i make? i am using subflow process to minimize my workflow in one process. here is a screenshot but it doesnt work.
