How to change "Status" when deadline met

Hi!
i want to ask if is it possible for me to auto change also a value when the deadline has been passed? example, the approver has 5 mins to approve a request, when the approver was not able to apporve it within 5 mins, it will be labelled as "Auto-Approved"
how will i do that in my case?
