Do view this image guide on setting up the File Link Datalist Plugin.

In list column properties: "General > Action Mapping > Formatter", ensure you select "File Link Datalist Plugin".

In list column properties: "General > Action Mapping > Formatter > Formatter (File Link Datalist Formatter)", ensure you select the correct form that has that File Upload fieldId. In field "Download as Attachment?", do tick yes.

I've tried what you mentioned in your mail and works good. One more thing:

How can I change column labels from this Link List column? I want this column cells NOT to show the file name but other form information (perhaps using HashVariables??).

Desired Situation:

Column Title

Hash Variable to other form field (using link to previous file)

Hash Variable to other form field (using link to previous file)
