I have recently installed a Rack Server, which houses various applications and services for our organization. One of the critical components is the Joget Server, which serves as our low-code development platform. However, I have encountered a compatibility issue or configuration problem that is causing obstacles in the smooth functioning of our system.

Specifically, here are the challenges I am facing:

Server Connectivity: I am unable to establish a stable connection between the Rack Server and Joget Server. Despite configuring the necessary network settings, the communication between the two systems seems to be unreliable. Performance Degradation: Since the integration issue arose, we have noticed a significant decrease in the performance of the Joget Server.
