It is very easy to set up Joget DX to be used by your friends/company. By using Joget on-demand service, users dont even need to install Joget on their computer. They only need to go to the website link provided when setting up the cloud service. Administrators can directly configure and develop Joget apps directly on the cloud, just as if it is set up on their Windows PC (Local server).

I think all my above thinking is bullshit! To be able to send my customers an app which I created for them I would need to send them a package which contains the app and also the server and the database. My thought was, that they then only have to click on the app icon and can then enter data and use this data for their special needs. Bullshit!

So, I would have to offer them access to my server where they can access their apps which I created for them. This of course would not be possible with my PC and Windows. Which environment would I need for this? And could it be free of cost? What about the joget cloud? Would it be free of cost?

Is the last paragraph doable or also bullshit?

The free 3 users on the run on demand/cloud free tier are these the administrators only or also the end users?

You dont need to send the whole Joget package for other users to use, they just need to connect to where ever you are hosting your Joget server.

Joget is a web-based workflow software. so users would only need either firefox, chrome, or any browser to be able to use. If they have the link to your joget workflow, they can connect anywhere anytime as long as they have an internet connection and the URL to the Joget Workflow. There are many ways to host your Joget server. It is possible to host your own Joget server with your own PC and Windows, though this would mean needing to set up Port Forwarding and configuring SSL on your tomcat server. Another way is like what I mentioned in the previous reply, which is to use Joget on-Demand cloud service. Which automates the process of hosting and lets you directly distribute a URL link to your already hosted Joget Workflow.
