Tried to import excel into bulk import terminals, but unable to update

Hi,

I am new to Joget and when I tried to import one of my excel files into bulk import terminals, it is said that zero records have been imported with non-existent row numbers. The error can be referred to the picture below.

Hi, there is not enough information here. After importing, try checking the log files using either Web App Log Viewer or Tomcat Logs, there could potentially be error messages there that will indicate what the actual problem is.
