No Permission

Confluence User - 30 Jun, 2016

Hi,

The example Employee Services Portal app have a "Register New User" menu, but when i click on it the registration form is not showing, it popup with message "No Permission - Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page"

As a novice, i'm confuse about it.

What should i have to configure to make for registration working for a new users ?

I am able to view the "Register New User" popup in the "Employee Services Portal" app based on a new installation of the app.

Just to check: did you make any recent changes to the app?

Can you provide more information such as a screenshot of the error.

Do ensure you have downloaded the latest copy of the "Employee Services Portal" app from the Joget Marketplace.

Hi Matthew,

 

No, I didn't make any changes after a fresh install of Joget v5.0.1 Enterprise Edition.

Following your suggestion, I'm go to market place and install the latest copy of the "Employee Services Portal" app and now is working!
