how can I get the form id？

I want to get the fom id by the SQL statement through the newest version processId，what should I do？

As you know, after I submit a process,the prcessId is same with the form id. But when I changed the process design and deploy it, the processId will change to another version and the form id will not change.I want to know how to write the MYSQL statement ,in order to get the form id througt the newest version processid.
