About the list condition disable null

Is there any way to add “disable null” function on the list condition？

because I want to control the list display by the different condition . I hope if the condition is all null ,it disable to click find button!

In this case, you should be able to do it using some custom JavaScript? There should be many resources available online, for example http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11957208/keep-button-disabled-if-text-is-not-entered
