Assignments not reaching user's inbox

Hi I got a problem where the assignments isn't in the user's list, but when i check the top right corner, i can see that they have assignments pending for their action, but its not showing in their datalist inbox, which is weird since i have already set the permission and the activity and the route for it has been set as well.

Check as admin > monitor > running process > click into process instance > click in activity instance > see assignee list

Its ok, i already resolve this issue by redoing the process flow again, this time it works but it was probably due to some missing configuration on my end.

for this, the activity was not running but it was on the right activity and the assignee list is also the correct person.
