How can I hide UI form section links?

Hello Everyone.
I have an app UI that looks like this:
Each of those links displays a form.
Right now, the user can click any of the above links, how can I either hide links 2 - 5 so that they start on 1 and go through them in order or make them not clickable?
Basically, I want to control the flow the user goes through, starting from 1 to 5.
Any help is appreciated - thanks!
