Confluence User - 26 Jul, 2016

Hi,

Objective is to sent mail to user on their rating upon pc_maintenance_form submitted

I already created the process with configure the email tool 

Issue:

Upon PC Maintenance Form submitted, user did not get the rating email

Hi Saravanan

Do ensure you have keyed in the correctly the following settings in your email tool:

SMTP Host
SMTP Port
Security
SMTP Username
SMTP Password

You can click on the "Send test email" button to check if your email settings are correct.

If your email settings are correct, you will receive a test email in your inbox.

Hi, The email tool settings are correct, since I able received test mail in my inbox But issue only user unable to receive mail upon form submitted

Maybe you can try running other apps, i.e. download from Marketplace, to check if you can receive emails from those apps or not (example Service Help Desk). If you can receive the emails, meaning the problem could be in your app's workflow.
