No verification for user rating

Hi,

The process is after user submit the pc_maintenance_form,user will get e-mail notification for rating

When I run the process, I get the e-mail notification after pc_maintenance form SAVE--->COMPLETE–>mail received

 

But when i SAVE the pc_maintenance form in Production, I did not receive activity to COMPLETE the saved form, in order to get rating e-mail notification

Is that anything wrong with the process?

Did you add the "Map Participants to Users" for rating?

Hi Saravanan

After you submit the form, check if the process activity for this workflow is in "Monitor Apps>Running Processes" or "Monitor Apps>Completed Processes"?

If the process is not there, most likely you didn't use the userview menu "Run Process" to start the process form.

You could have used a normal "form" menu to display the data entry form, and because it't not a "Run Process" action, it won't start the process activity. Thanks.
