how to link text-field userID value into workflow variable to run process

Dear Joget team,
Please kindly find below screenshot to support me how to link userID in the Textfield into workflow variable:
- Applicant Detail:
In the Textfield, I defined value is the userID trinth2
- and workflow variable is costcenter
- In the Map participants to User: I selected as seen in the picture below:
But in workflow do not go to the userID that I mentioned in the first form.
Please advise how to fix this issue.?
