Process Builder error and SLA errors

Hi! i wanted to ask why is my SLA sometimes not firing? i set my SLA to 2 days and after 2 days, it would do something, but there are times that it doesn't fire, but others do. where is my error? 

 

and my Process Builder has this bug that i cant open the function to fix my settings, what will i do?

Hi, there isn't enough information to help. Are you using the latest version of Joget? Also, you would want to check your logs and browser console to see if there are any specific error messages that can indicate what your problem might be.

Hi, yeah i am using the latest version. about my process builder, in some others process builders its opening, but when i change it to different processes, that comes up. there are no errors in the error logs as i can see
