Subform Repeater bug

I have one process，the first I input something(for example content 1 2 and 3) and submit to myself，the second I can modify the subform content。But that is very strange, the subform content may change to 1 3 3 or 1 1 2, or other possibilities
once it appears the forms below, it will indicate error which means data repeated,But actually I found in database there is no repeating data
