I need to log data to my SQL database, when a user check's a checkbox on a form.

what even would I use, and how to do it?

Explanations or video would be very helpful.

Hi, you can control the fields saved by enabling or disabling sections in a form based on the value of another field eg a checkbox. You can try looking at Show and Hide Form Sections or Video Tutorials#FormBuilder-ShowandHideFormSections
