How to get Multirow Form Binder on joget community edition

In my application i have this section and i want to show this data into the form of grid field like below what i mentioned.
It is available in joget cloud edition. But i worked on joget community edition.Here i want to show this information in below grid form like Multirow Form Binder. So can you please suggest me any one.
