Process Stopped At Route

Hi,

 

I am building a simple process with forms to do simple approval. The process stopped when it comes to a route point.

The only error im seeing are below :
ERROR 05 Jan 2017 19:14:09 Shark  - Process [key=486_subclassMaintenance_subclassMaintenance,mgrname=subclassMaintenance#11#subclassMaintenance] will try to finish after [Process Id=486_subclassMaintenance_subclassMaintenance, Id=943_486_subclassMaintenance_subclassMaintenance_route1, ba=null, ActDefId=route1] is executed because kernel is configured not to allow hanging and not to rollback

 

Please help!

A lack of setting variable value before the route !!!

The root condition use the variable value. If it is not set before !?

My workflow variable is exactly the same as my transition one. It wouldn't shows in the drop down if it wasn't preconfigured.

did you put the name of the workflow variable in the field property "workflow variable" of the drop down ?

Please use the process monitor to see what you have exactly in your variable. This is the way to go every time you have a route problem.
