Hello, 

I'm trying to create a workflow for our universities research evaluation process. I've outlined the details below however am really struggling to find a way to create a proper workflow process.

1.Individual Review

a.Human Resources sends output (evaluation form) to author for individual evaluation

b.Author completes individual evaluation then sends back to Human Resources

2. Human Resources sends evaluations to secondary research reviewer pool with PDF of research attached (sending the completed review to the secondary researchers for evaluation).

  - 4 different head of researches – (In the workflow, the evaluations could/should be separated in regards to what category they fall under)

                                           i.     PMO (People Management Organisations)

                                           ii.     MSM (Management Sciences and Marketing)

                                           iii.     ATF (Accounting and Finance)

                                           iv.     IMP (Innovation Management and Policy)
3. Secondary reviewers send back their evaluation to Human Resources

4. Human Resources maintains a compilation of all revisions
