Execution time report

Good morning to all.
We have implemented a legalization of expenses app, however it is necessary to generate a service time report to decide whether to increase or decrease the number of staff that attend client requests and also to deliver it to the different heads of area. In particular we are interested in generating a report similar to what the monitor shows about open and closed processes (list of activities). Ideally the report should contain: process id, task name, performer, start time, end time. We have been looking for these latest data in the db but we have not been able to find a start and end time like the one shown in the detail of a process activity on the monitor. Any ideas?
