joget forms not creating tables

I've imported an older system from v4 to v5 and has not modified it much since the upgrade. Recently the user requested a new form and I realized that the entire v5 system of mine is not creating tables from forms automatically. I had to manually create a blank table directly within the mysql database with just an ID and then it will fill in the columns when i save the form.

Please download any apps from https://marketplace.joget.org and import and run them to check if the database tables are created.

Hi, from your description it would seem like your configured database user in Datasource & Profile does not have sufficient privileges to create tables in your database.

Hi,

As Anders pointed out, could you try giving permissions to your database user and see if that works?

Also, for starters, do you mind sharing your Joget logs for the errors during the app import? There could be something interesting there.

you can try run app, and try input & save data in form. 

should be table is will be auto created from system.
