How to pass parameter to "Form Grid" or "List Grid"

Hi,

 

I want to make dynamic "Select Box" which is applied on a child/sub/another form and this form is suppose to add data, After adding data record is visible to the form where "Form Grid" is attached.

 

I want to pass parameters to this "Form Grid" so that "Select Box" should only display values which are relevant.

I tried to explain in below image. the select box on the Form of the "Form Grid" should be dynamic based on the user selection on main Form.
