How do you add a Date and Time Field into a form?

I am trying to complete a form that has a time stamp as well as a date and I don't know how to add this to a form.

There is only the Date Picker shown in my form elements.  Where do I get the Time Picker?

I downloaded and installed the free app and still do not have any change in the Form Elements available to me. I noticed that the app is an Enterprise and not a Community edition. Since I am not Enterprise, will that make the difference?

I believe the Time Picker is only available in the Enterprise Edition

Hi,

You can change the Date Picker field type to "Time Only"
