Inbox problem in tutorial

Hi, I'm new in joget workflow.

I had followed the tutorial about Travel Request. When I want to request, I click Submit Travel Request menu and then clik Request. In our inbox there are travel request. But If I click Submit Travel Request again and do not request travel (just view the menu), in our inbox there is Submit Travel Request. How to handle that? If we just want to view the menu so that there is no message in our inbox.

I use joget workflow v5 community

Hi, you can map a form to the special "Run Process" activity. There is a similar question and answer at Run process creates an instance - how to not create instance until the first form is submitted?
