how send value with same id to other section ?

i have 3 section with section 1 is mandatory, section 2 is flexibel and 3 is select box
for example if Mandatory Section already filled , i want flexibel Section have same value with Mandatory Section.
both id from mandatory and Flexibel have same id for textfield
and this before submit Data or save to database.
