how to hide some field in 1 section on multiple column ?

i have 3 column in 1 section . and i want hide field in some column .
is possible to add section on column or there other ways ?
for example.
example 1 = column 1 and column 2 i want hide field on red box . but for column 3 still visible.
example 2 = i want hide field on column 3 on red box. but column 1 and 2 still visible
