I have 6 Community Beta installed. When I create a Form the table is not created.

I have 6 Community Beta installed. When I create a Form the table is not created but there is no error visible. Everything else appears to be fine. My MySQL user has *.* GRANT and all the tables for the installation install properly and without errors. How can I resolve this? The Datasource & Profile saves fine with an OK.

I think it will only create the table once you submit the form in published userview.
