submissions

I created an anonymous form (Public form for everyone) which doesn't need any login.
I filled that form but why cant i see the submission in my submit area? basically i cant see any submission when i am filling the form as anonymous. but as soon as a change permission type of the form to logged user, then fill that form, then i can see the submissions in my submit area.
My question is if i have assigned anonymous to the form then i will not see the submissions ? is it necessary to have user account on joget to fill the form?
