I am a newbie of Jogets, I currently created two forms (a parent form) and (a sub-form).

The parent form is a IT service request main form for user to enter he request information.  The sub-form is used to let IT dept to assign who take care the request, the sub-form contain a "select box" to let IT assigner to select IT staff.

I want to create a User view for IT member who can see the "open" status of request and click the "edit" link to start the assign.

I tried using two different ways "CRUD" or te "DataList Inbox" in userview but none of them can give me the thing that I want.

(1) if I am using CRUD, it can show the "open" status request on the list and when I click on the "Edit" link at the right column, it will show me "Record cannot be found".

(2) if I am using Datalist Inbox, it show "nothing found to display" after I click on the DataList Inbox option.

I tried to follow this KB 'Subforms' to link the parent form and the sub-form but no help.

How can I make a list to allow me to click "edit" and successfully to display the form to edit.

Also, is there any step by step example to show how to create a App like the built-in example "Internal Service Request"?
