Does anybody know why my smtp password keeps on resetting to a predetermined value

i cannot use the email tool to send email because the password is always resetting by itself

I think that is how the tool is make. It doesn't change unless you change any other configuration. If you try to save the tool only then you have to put the password back in. Otherwise once you configure it and don't update the tool. It will stay the same.


The star count will differ from the character count of your password and that is there for security purposes i think
