When i try to create a new form, list, ui or program i get an error

Hello, we created a new joget environment at my job because a client wanted us to develop an app in joget, when I try to create anything in the new app (the first one in this environment) i get the following error:

Sorry, access is forbidden for security reasons.

Please refresh the previous form before submitting it.


Security Violation (Code 403)


Has this happened to anyone before and know how to fix it?

likely because your form session / csrf token has expired. happens usually when you are idle on the form page for too long.

simply refresh and try to submit the form again. 

if it does happen consistently even right after refreshing, might have something to do with your http / https connection. ensure that if you are running it on port 443 / 8443, you have a valid certificate running along your tomcat / webserver

Thanks for the response, the problem comes evne when i just logged in, so i haven't been idle at all, i guess that can cross out the token expiration.

I'll check about the certificate on the webserver, since i'm not working on localhost but in a published webpage.


It's my first time working on joget so i'm still a bit lost, thanks.
