Beginner Process Questions

I am trying to get a handle on this all.  For some reason I cant figure out how to get the data I create in my initial form to go to the subform I created.  I know I'm probably missing some small detail but I am stuck and cant figure it out.  The link is a copy of my test app.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, you might have the wrong table name in your approval form. You can try checking out some of the video tutorials like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BPfCerTQNE and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vb4lMopaYEQ

For an easier way, you can make use of the App Generator to directly generate a full working app and approval process directly from your form as per Generating Apps From a Form Using the App Generator.

I don't have the Generate App button.  Is there something I need to do to get that to show up?
