Form automatically submitted to inbox without entering data?!

In Userview when I click on the form it is automatically submitted to inbox without entering data.

How can I solve this?

You mentioned "Inbox" so I suppose you started from "Run Process" menu.

In your process, look for "Run Process" activity, and point your first activity's form in there.

Remove the first activity from your process design. Deploy.
