Advanced Grid and Email Form to PDF

When using the Advanced Grid and Email Form to PDF plugin, the Advanced Grid does not show on the PDF output. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Hi, I'm also getting this behaviour on v5, but it seems to work on my v6 beta installation. It's probably an issue that needs a fix in v5.
