Urgent - Lost access to admin account

Hello,
I have the 14 day trial account for the on-demand cloud option of Joget dx v8. Last night while developing an app (which is due tomorrow) I completely lost access to the admin account, as well as other created accounts. Nothing can be edited anymore. There is also no clear reason of the error while trying to login, no banner shows up. I only figured out there's an error because the URL changes and has this added at the end "?login_error=1". I was playing around with the push notification functionality when this happened.
Please help urgently as we have lost full access to developing, and I did not assume it was necesssary to take precautions and export the app when I am working on the cloud version of it.
