Problem with Subform within Form Builder

Howdy! I'm following the tutorial on youtube for Joget's "Get Started with Joget DX 8 Part 5 - Designing a Process" and I've gotten all the way to the approve request form (4:40 in the video) and im running into an interesting issue; I add in a "subform" and link my original form and the subform literally disappears; I add a radio and add a "approve" and "reject" options, then when i go to preview its completely blank, I'll save it and go out of form builder and back in, then it says "system error" 


I think subform is what is causing it, but im unsure what im doing wrong?

Hi,

It'll be best if you could attach the error in the joget.log.That way, you can see the error that is causing the issue.

Might as well you could try restarting the server and clear cache. and try to open your Joget app once again after restarting and refreshing everything

Tried following the video...had no issues though...fyi the subform is referencing to Travel Request Form, NOT Approve Request form. The subform can't refer the form its located in. Could that be the issue?

looks like this might be the error?

Also I use the cloud hosted version of Joget, I'm not sure where to restart it

I tried subform referencing the other sheet and it produces the same error; Maybe i should just host an on-premise server instead of using the cloud option and start fresh
