Hi, Yes.
One example that you can use hash variable in the RTE is :Sending an email with predefined values in the email body.
Create a process with the Usage of Email Tool
You can display the rich text editor field value in your Email content with the hash variable #form.tablename.rteField#, for example. Then set the Email Tool to display in HTML format.
