Hi, why my filter using option not function. when click, the data not appear.

Hi,
have you configured the formatter for the column you want to filter?

You have to make sure that the filter is set up correctly in the List Builder. The filter needs to be configured to target the right column, whether it's the ID column or the Department name Label column. Double-check that you've selected the correct column in the filter options.

Check the form's department field and check what value it is stored in the database. If you're using List Builder > Filter > Options > Department Options, the value stored in the database must be Department ID for it to work.
