Reassign Massively

Confluence User - 28 Sep, 2017

Hello, there was a group that was assigned a task, however it had only one member. Another member has entered the group but can not see the tasks. I understand that we must do a reassignment, but the tasks are many. Is there a way to reassign processes in a massive way?

I think you just need to go to Monitoring > Running Processes, then click on a process instance that the one user is involved, click on a running activity. You will see a "Re-evaluate Assignment(s) For User" button. Use this button, it will Re-evaluate all the running assignments of that user, so your new user will be included in the existing assignments.
