saving resubmit from values

i have a form that i can choose approvers after send to approver he can select approve/reject/resubmit when he select resubmit will back to first step and change the values .
the first values will disappear i want a way to save the first from with the approver decision, also save the edited from with approver second decision too
how can i do this ?
