Inbox function

Hi All,

Can the inbox in basic having the same features as datalist inbox in enterprise?

I having issue where after i select a verifier, it could not show in the inbox of the user.

Appreciate your help.

I don't think using datalist inbox will solve your issue. If there's missing row, probably it means that the task is not assigned to the person you expected to be, check it under Monitoring Apps.
