How to visualize table values instead of ID's in form selection box

Hello
We have created the following forms in order to set-up the products/services our suppliers supplie us
In the first form (Proveedor - Alta familia suministro) we specify the supplied family products/services of our suppliers
In the second form (Marca Suministro Proveedor) we wan to specify for an specific supplier the brand of family product (Familia Suministro) but we do not see the value, instead we see the value ID's
Is it possible to see the values?
