Attached is a sample Joget Workflow Enterprise v5 app demonstrating how to link the profile photo record to a second form for printing with the photo. You can examine all the forms, list and userview to see how it works.
Key: Save the profile photo username as primary key 'id' so that you can use it in a hash variable later for retrieval and display.
Steps: Add a profile record, attach the photo, save and from the datalist, click on the Print Document link to view the profile photo in form.
