List grid is not working in form

Hi there,

Would appreciate for help why my list grid in form is not working based on the SQL condition that I have set in DataList?

When I preview the data from datalist, the query is working fine. But when I applied onto list grid, it shows all records instead of filtered list by condition. I have no idea whether I miss out some setting in list grid?

Please advise. thanks.

Here is an example app to populate a Form Grid using JDBC, which is similar to List Grid.
