How to create tentative payment schedule based on form data values

Payment schedule should look like as below for each contract finance application 

Profit rate finance amounts takaful rate etc are already mentioned in the form field value

  1. Checkout Add a new Row in Form Grid using script
  2. Retrieve current textfield values using FormUtil.getField - Make calculations and update in real time fields
  3. Write the script to calculate and keep adding new row till balance is zero using Javascript.

Thanks Sir for your help... but how about number of monthly installment... for example if 300 month then 300 rows of 280 months then 280 row etc
