Adding Header image in Login page

I tried to use custom HTML(Before Form) for adding image on top for form.

But i couldn't see any image on top of login form.

 

Can any one give a solution for this?

Did you put the photo in the wflow folder?

I just tried to add <p> tag in Custom HTML (Before Login Form) and  Custom HTML (After Login Form) in V5.

It doesn't work. But V6 it works fine.

Hi we are using custom theme which is why its not showing.
