Can I retrieve a form in its original format?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a platform that allows documents to be managed and accessed by the users. I want users to be able to check a form, even after submission, while being able to change some specific fields when needed.

Is there any way to retrieve a submitted form in its original format? Or the only way to retrieve a form content after submission is using datalists?

Hello, it is indeed possible in several ways. The one that I think is easiest is:
1. Put in a userview a link to the original form with a Custom ID.

2. Then, you can retrieve, through a datalist, all the forms you have filled out before, by adding an action with a Hyperlink to the form in the userview, sending the id field.

3. Once you publish the list, in the actions on the right side you can retrieve the form in question.
